KTuner In-ECU communication failure

K-Tuner, but I can't connect anything. I was able to connect for the first three times and reflash, but suddenly I couldn't connect. I did recover ecu and reinstalled the software, but the communication failure pop-up appears no matter how many times I do it. Is it faulty? Is there a solution?

Power down fully and check the LED status. Contact support via email for anything further.

LED status is Red1 steady,Green4 blinking slowly.

That means it's not communicating with the ECU either because of the installation or ECU itself.
