Key cycle error

Hi,
Just installed the Ktuner to my wife 2019 Crv. I can get the 19.5psi base map flashed but once I gotta do the on/off key cycle I always get a error message telling me I did it wrong. My question is: Does it affect the tune upload? Car run fine exept of all error codes showing in the dash, which from will likely erase after driving for a while.
