Ktuner end user cl9 k24a3 j35 throttle isue

Hi i have a accord cl9 k24a3 with j35 thortlle bodie. My problem with the car are return to idle with the cluth press full, the rpm down to 500rpm up to 1500 rpm and then restart to 800 rpm idle.
Whit the stock ecu and same setup i dont have this problem.
Any idea that what happen?
