When I turn the key to on wire got so hot it melted the plastic around wire I cut the power as soon as I noticed .

I'm stumped emailing the conversion harness maker he stated the wire must be grounding out in between the jumper .

This is what the guy said who makes the conversio harness

I cross reference both ecu years and the wire is doing what it needs to do.the jumper harness is grounding out when not needed.someone please help my cars ready to start and I just need to get this resolved .

If you have an 02-04 ECU then the harness was never necessary.

Correction I have a 05-06 ecu from ktuner the end user kit

Speak to the harness manufacturer again. If the pinouts are correct then you know it's something external from the harness itself. I'm not sure what else I can do to help here.

Who ever make the jumpers please please please label the e plug as there is two exact plugs I swapped them around mistake I've got it working now .can anyone help me out on my wideband its a mtx -l made by innovative .i have a yellow 0v or brown 1.1v analog output .which do I use for the ecu? And what do I pin to I would like to use as my primary O2 .

The harness is straight through. It only plugs in one way on the female side so there should be no confusion on the male side. If you think they should label it, please let them know. I've already suggested the same.

You can use your wideband for logging purposes by wiring the analog input to one of the available inputs found in preferences under the wideband section.

Any help finding a a harness looking for pwr mirror, locks, windows. And ecu
