So you are saying I should use the "KTuner PRB" tune listed for the 05-06 RSX (K20z1) and load it into my Element's PZD ECU to run my K24a4 with boost support enabled.

Do I just change everything inside the KTuner-PRB tune to match the Element PZD base tune as closely as possible?

I do think that will work, yes. We use the Element ECU as a SWAP ECU base and many RSXs use this ECU just fine.

This is the list of changes I made to make the KTuner-PRB tune match the Element base tune as closely as possible, but I still have a few questions.

ALL TUNING TABLES:
I had to change both the leaders (RPM values) and headers (manifold pressure values) of all the tables otherwise the table values would have been completely wrong.

The "Map Sub-Selection" (drop down menu after the tuning map selection) also has different values between the two tunes, what should I do about that? Element (PZD) tune has 0,10,20,30,40 as sub-selection values & Ktuner-PRB has 0,15,30,40,50 as sub-selection values. (I'm also not entirely sure what these are for either, could you explain their function?)

Table Values for Boost:
The Ignition, Fuel, Knock Limit, & Cam Angle tables all have values in the boost areas of the map which are obviously not present in the base Element tune. What is the best way to fill these table values for a safe starting point?
(ANSWERED: use boost tools to extrapolate table values for a rough starting point)

Limiters/VTEC
All tables & values updated to match.

INJECTOR SETUP
The injector sizing table is blank in the base Element tune, so I left it alone.
The fuel injector dead times table was updated to match the Element base tune.

SENSORS/OBD2
Map Sensor table was left alone because it is blank in the Element base tune.
Everything else already matched the Element base tune.

TUNE SETTINGS
Cam angle setup updated to match Element base values, everything else left as-is.

IDLE SETTINGS:
"Idle Post Start" and "Idle Normal" tables were updated to match the Element base tune, but what do I do with the other 5 tables that are blank in the Element base tune?

FUEL CUT SETTINGS
All tables are blank in the Element base tune, so what should I do with these?

CLOSED LOOP
Engagement settings updated to match.
WOT MAP Based Engagement, WOT TPS Disengagement, WOT TPS Engagement tables updated to match.
But there are 3 remaining tables that are blank in the Element base tune, what should I do with these?

FUEL CORRECTIONS
All tables updated to match Element base tune.

IGNITION CORRECTIONS
All tables updated to match Element base tune.

TIP-IN CORRECTIONS
All tables updated to match Element base tune.

Extrapolate.

The boost button will allow you to set a percentage fuel increase and degree retard per PSI. I'd just suggest staying out of boost until you're tuned.

That is what I thought for populating the boost sections, but I wasnt sure if my changing the leaders & headers of the tables would have a negative impact on that or not. I also understand the importance of tuning and that these extrapolated values are purely to provide a rough starting point & extreme caution is necessary when using them.

I edited my last post to add color to the remaining questions I need answers for, and added your answer above to my post just to keep things clearer.

I don't understand what you're asking. If a table is greyed out and doesn't have values then it's not available to populate.

What I mean is the tables in the KTuner-PRB tune I am modifying are populated, but the same tables in the Element base tune I am using as a reference are unpopulated, so I have nothing to compare against. Some of the tables might be okay left as-is but the K24a4 rev limit is much lower than the K20z1, so some of the tables in question still have RPM values that the car will never use because it doesnt rev high enough.

Then you leave them as is unless it seems unappropriate as a setting. Most would have been similar. Leave this up to your tuner to change.

I am my tuner, ha ha ha!

A little past due on this update, but finally tested today and everything seemed to work fine after loading my modified KTuner-PRB tune into my PZD ECU to run the K24a4. I did get an error code for the 2nd ECT sensor, but my car doesnt have one and I had forgotten to disable that option (so not a real trouble code).

So many cool features inside the PRB tune, I cant wait to get my turbo installed and start playing with this more!!

That's good news!
