V2 locking and Unlocking

If I flash to stock and unlock before taking to the dealership, will I be able to flash back to the tunes that are on the V2 after dealership and re-locking to the vehicle, or does the unit need to connect to the ktuner software first?

When you unlock the unit is cleared of all tunes.

Is it possible to unlock the V2 after flashing back to factory tune and removing the unit from the car? I did not unlock immediately after the completion of reverting back to factory.

You can unlock any time you're connected to the vehicle if you flashed it back to factory from the unit.
