Automatic Transmission expertise needed w/Ktuner

My goal is to use an 07-08 Element 5 speed AWD automatic transmission in a K series swapped street car, RSX and TSX both have 5 speed autos and K tuner. Boosted a3 or N/A 08 TSX with paddle shifters will be perfect options but I need to figure out the trans part. The internet doesn't help much but It seems the ecu shouldn't know the difference. I would love to use the K24a8 from element but thats not a Ktuner option. If anyone has a solid answer or maybe some research clues I'd love to know. Thanks in advance.
