Lost ability to view codes

When i try to view ECU error codes on my v2 unit, i get a completely white screen with some broken looking display code running up the left side of the screen and only the "cancel" and "clear" options showing as visible little squares. I did update the firmware to the latest version yesterday when i plugged in my V2 to my computer and ran the ktuner software. Perhaps the update has something to do with this. Wondering what i should do.
