ECT Ignition

On the ECT Ignition Tab, there are four tables: ECT Ignition Low (-22 thru 158 deg), ECT Ignition High (-22 thru 158 deg), ECT Retard Ignition Low (185 thru 248 deg), ECT Retard Ignition High (185 thru 248 deg). Since the first two tables don't say "Retard", is it safe to say that these corrections are giving Advance at low temp?
