Adjustable 2step problem

Hey I have 06 rsx type s and I have the end user ecu. I was setting up basic 2 step then I set up adjustable 2 step.
My problem is when I floor it on idle or press more that 60% my car 2 steps (just sounds like rev limiter) for 1-2 seconds and then stops 2steppimg and just shoots up the rpm's. Why does it do this?
