I went to go update and it says "the following apps are using files that need to be updated by setup." So I allowed it to close the apps so it could update and it says "error" the setup wasn't able to close all the apps needed to update. Do those apps have to be closed? Or can I just click "ignore"?

I hit ignore and it started the update and it says error again and says the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process? I don't understand why it won't work

Issues with your permissions system or Windows in general we cannot help with, unfortunately. The installer does work if properly downloaded and you have permissions. You can also right click and run as administrator. There's no other suggestions I have for you.

Ktuner v2 just came in and trying setting it up . When I try to reset the base factory it stops at the loading and won’t load. Tried it on a pc and labtop same result. Help ?
