No basemap

I have bought KTunerFlash End User System and updated it to v1.0.4.1.
What's happening is that I can neither download the map from my car (the download arrow is grey out) or open (with File | New Tune) any base maps: the 13-15 v6 accord shows but expanding the tree offers no files.
where can i find basemap????

That is not the latest software, so you're not up to date.
Basemaps would be in File>New if you have a supported part number listed on the website. You didn't include your ECU part number so I have no further info for you.

That part number is not listed as supported on the Accord 13-16 V6 page, so this should not be a surprise in any way. If you'd like to look into having it added to the queue email support.

do you mean sending an email to support requsting basemap for my ecu?
if so what is the email address

No, I mean you need to submit a request to have your ECU added. It's not currently on our support list and you would need to make a request to have it added. Click the email icon below my name.
