Asks if I've had the oil dilution update?

Just got a ktuner, pre-owned 2018 civic SI.
Just plugged in my ktuner to set it up and its asking if i've had the oil dilution update done to my car yet.
I have absolutely no idea, I could only assume so?
Is there any way to be sure or is it safe to assume that its been done by now since i've taken it to the dealer for my first service already?

You'd have to ask Honda specifically, though these updates can be done through shops other than Honda just as well. If you want to use the latest software for the ECU, say yes.

Oh okay, I was worried it would break something if I said yes when I didn't have it.
If non honda shops are able to do it is there any reason to click no?
I figured the only reason to hit yes was so honda didnt freak out if your tune wasnt completely stock

When you flash back to factory with a V1.2 it will give you the same question.

No real reason not to unless you wanted to stick to a pre-update software when you flash back to factory.

Okay thanks for the quick replies. Went ahead and clicked yes and am looking forward to tuning.
I'm just curious if the dealers would notice that its been updated already or something? Or if the option is only there for people who want to flash to totally stock rather than the updated version

As I mentioned, third party shops also have the ability to update so they can't really hold it against you. When you return to factory the updated version is also a factory tune, just newer.
