P0122 Code HELP

Post by Bmv237 »

I’m reaching out due to my ktuner not properly reading tps % and knowing nothing else to do. I have code p0122. I have changed sensors, motors, wiring harness, sent my ecu and adapter harness to be tested and confirmed good and know of, nor can find anything else to do. Please help.

Verify you have the right ECU for your setup, that it's wired to the right ECU pin, and check that the voltage is within spec. This does not have anything to do with KTuner.

I’m not saying it has anything to do with ktuner just hoping for help. It sends signal unless the car is running. It just started, it ran prior so the ecu is correct.

That error could also be from flashing an incorrect basecode onto the ECU. If you're not getting signal with vehicle running you likely have a wiring issue.

Thanks for the timely response. The tune hasn’t changed and I have replaced the wiring harness as of yesterday.

No other suggestions. If it stops sending voltage when you start the vehicle you know the issue. Now just need to find the cause.

The P0122 is the generic OBD-II code which indicates that the Engine Control Module (ECM) has seen the TPS sensor circuit A output voltage go below the sensor's expected range.
