Downloading Tunes from Ecu

I got my car tuned about 2 weeks ago and my tuner never sent me my tune. I have been wanting to set up my launch control but I don't want to delete my current tune, what can I do? Is there any way that I can download the tune from my ecu into my computer?

Contact the tuner who hopefully saved your file.

Tuner hasn't been able to answer me for the past two weeks (typical tuner) is there anything else I can do?

There's not. Reads are blocked due to thieves.
