Direction for understanding the Ktuner softward better

Hello,
Could someone please direct me to tutorials on how to tune with this software and use all the options available for my vehicle?
Would someone also please point me to some good books or videos on how to tune safely and properly
I've looked all over the internet and I can't find anything....not even a rule of thumb of any kind. but there are lots on Hondata and how to manipulate that thing *rolls eyes*
I want to make my own base maps based on mods that i do to the car in a similar way Hondata does their thing.
Also is there a repository for tunes being shared by the guys on the forum or Honda scene in general for us.
