I haven't hooked up my Ktuner in about a year and wanted to change some settings and it will not connect to my laptop. I downloaded the latest update file and still won't connect. Its plugged in and the led's are on the Ktuner so I know its powered up, I unplugged and tried it multiple times. Whats happening?

Launch the software with internet or open the account management window and hit update.

I did the update account and its current. When I hit the connect button the lower left box that shows disconnected turns green for a split second then goes back to disconnected every time I hit the connect icon. Not sure what you mean on launching with internet.

If your account has sync'd (License updated message) you'll be able to connect again unless you're on a new computer and didn't install drivers.

I have the same problem. Please help me. This is getting really annoying.

Go the account option on the toolbar and hit update.
