Upgrading fuel injectors - Do I need to adjust my fuel map?

I'm upgrading my TSX's injectors from the stock 310cc to the RDX 410cc.
I know where to change the size in the Ktuner software, however I have a question.
These are roughly 30% bigger so, do I need to reduce my fuel map by 30% across the board to achieve the same fueling or will the software automatically assume the fueling size and just allow for more fuel if I increase?
I want to make sure when I put the new injectors in that I don't end up adding 30% more fuel.
