Hi, I sent my ecu away to HAMotorsports for the end user board to be installed, and received it back yesterday. I downloaded the software and drivers, and when I plugged the usb into my laptop with ktuner on, the cant communicate with ECU box came up. I have tried many times to recover the ecu/retry getting the ecu to communicate, but it will not work and my car will not start. The solid red led is on and the 4th led is blinking green. Please help ASAP. Thanks

You also need vehicle power, as indicated in the LED matrix in the help section. If you've never been able to get connected you shouldn't be trying to recover.

Yes, I do have vehicle power, I know this because I tested pins a2, a3, and e9 for 12v and they all had 12v power to them

Talk to HAMotorsports, as I'm sure they connected and verified everything was communicating.

With key on, no USB, the LEDs should tell you what's going on.

With key on and no usb, the red led is steady and the 4th green led is blinking, meaning it is not getting power. Do you think this is a hardware issue?

The fact the LEDs are lit up with key means it is getting power.

It's not communicating with the ECU. Contact HAMotorsports to have him verify his work.

So what ever happened with this? Just curious as im having the same issue.
