ktuner software update changes?

Have you guys made any changes on the basemap applications on the k20z1 05-06 type-s group? The last time (a year ago) I uploaded the PRB TSX Swap Tune 1, so it's been a while since the last time I uploaded basemap onto my ECU with older version software before. Just wondering if that's the case I'm having trouble with CEL coming on after uploading/overwrite the same PRB TSX Swap Tune 1 eariler with the current version software vs. the older version a year ago.
