KTuner failing to connect

Last night I tried to upload a new basemap and it took almost a half hour to get it to connect, would just keep cycling between authenticating and disconnected. I decided to start up the car on the wrong basemap since it wasnt working, then right after the car stalled out it was able to connect. Something i found was weird that you guys might want to look into? I have ktuner end user kit with an ecu from KTuner for the 06 RSX Type S.
