Saving stock tune

My understanding is upon setup, the stock tune is saved to the ktuner device. Is there anyway to export the tune file to my computer as a backup? I have lost tunes saved to device before with SCT.

I was under the impression that ktuner copies the exact tune on your specific ECU

If your ECU is supported we already read that ECU and a copy is built into the KTuner software.
