Reflashing to factory error

I’ve been trying to reflash to factory from my laptop but after it tells me to turn off the ignition then turn it back on again I get an error saying that I didn’t follow the on/off ignition step although I did. After this I have to flash in recovery and keep getting the same error. I finally got to factory tune using the ktuner liteview app. How can I unlock my ecu singer I can’t return to factory from my computer and am only able to flash the factory tune through the app. Thank you

If you have a V1.2 unit you should be able to connect to a factory tuned ECU and have the option to unlock for 30 seconds, just like it says in the help topic for locking/unlocking the unit.
