I made changes and cannot connect!

Hello everyone,,
I haven't hooked up my Ktuner in about a year and wanted to change some settings and it will not connect to my laptop. I downloaded the latest update file and still won't connect. Its plugged in and the led's are on the Ktuner so I know its powered up, I unplugged and tried it multiple times. Whats happening???
