Personally, I don't need the touchscreen and like the price point of the V1.2...

But I also like the idea of not needing a laptop to lock and unlock and program my car. Similar to the competition, have you considered a non touchscreen version where no laptop is needed at all?

A laptop is required to lock and unlock. Allowing locking without a laptop, but still requiring unlocking with a laptop traps people into sticking with the product and we don't feel that's an honest way to do business. Better to know what you need going in.

If we find a way to offer both safely with the V1.2 it will be made available to the public.
