I'm having the same issue, it's not connecting as well. Mine says KTFLV102729. I tried 2729, 02729, 0000, 1234, still no connection

Like mentioned you can use the options in V1.2 Special Commands to set the passcode to the standard model (Last 5 digits), disabled (no code required), or Advanced (0000). Pair in the bluetooth settings for Android, not the TunerView app.

I tried all of those and still get a couldn't pair message.

The unit needs to be reset after changing those.

Reset as in turning off the car and removing the obd, then reinsert and turn car back on?

Remove it from all power so there's no LED. Then plug it in again.
