With Stage 2 Target 2 tune flashed, if you run 87 octane will that cause emission issues and throw codes?

So with the RV6 downpipe installed, going down the interstate cruising...I received a light reading: “Ennissions system problem. Power may be reduced. See your dealer.” How do I check to mke sure that it’s just the downpipe, and how can I clear this?

adjusting the turbo responsiveness in the quick settings, are you referring to this adjustment adding stress or building more torque in general?
