I did the update account and its current. When I hit the connect button the lower left box that shows disconnected turns green for a split second then goes back to disconnected every time I hit the connect icon. Not sure what you mean on launching with internet.

I haven't hooked up my Ktuner in about a year and wanted to change some settings and it will not connect to my laptop. I downloaded the latest update file and still won't connect. Its plugged in and the led's are on the Ktuner so I know its powered up, I unplugged and tried it multiple times. Whats ...
