Crash during reflash help!?

Ktuner has been not responding for about 20 mins now, the reflash is stuck at 18% and I dont know what I should do.

Im thinking unplug it, restart the ktuner software, and try to reflash again since it will erase the ecu. Im scared it will be corrupted and broken. Any advice?
