Both the new and "used like new" are sold by Natural green products, at least under that link.

Amazon seller's used v1.2s
I have bought and returned two KTuner v1.2s from a seller on Amazon Prime selling them under a "Used - Like New" condition. Both had VINs already assigned when I plugged them in. I presume support can't help unlock these in a case like this? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078TM26SZ?psc=1&r...
