Can't get 2 step to work any idea why?

Quick question currently running the i/h/e base map but I feel like the vtec window is to low. If I were to alter the window to a higher rpm will I need to alter anything else with it ? Or can I just set the window at whatever I like and be done with it? Thanks in advance!

Having trouble getting past the account management screen keeps saying incorrect username even though I have checked it countless times any idea why this would be happening?
