Ok, did a Datalog and found that even with the 19.5 Dual map the boost targets are only 16 and when I’m at 100% throttle the ECU was only commanding 80%.
Can I get help with this issue?

Base map slower than stock?
‘19 CR-V with ECU code 5PA-653 and just installed the base 18.5 dual map. Before this I used a “Dragy” performance meter for a baseline test. Stock I got 7.7 0-60 and 15.94 1/4 mile.
