Re: Limiter/Governor
It sounds as if going downhill "fixed" the issue for that person and not because the car itself past 120mph under its own power. I happened to find myself hitting the 120mph limit today, on a closed course (of course). The trans was in "S." The RPMs were not high enough to hit fu...

Re: 2-Step Limit to Restart Settings
After removing all of the cats, I decided to play around with ignition cut...only to find the option is not available for my vehicle ('17 Accord V6 AT). I noticed this response to another ignition cut inquiry referencing the uncheckable grey boxes, albeit for a Civic - "That would suggest the f...

Re: V6 AT Improved Shift
What's the difference between the Improved Shift 1 and Improved Shift 2? Is one faster/more aggressive than the other? I combed a few forums and couldn't find an exact answer to this, just the suggestion that 2 is faster than 1.

2-Step Limit to Restart Settings
My question involves the the Basic 2-step (RPM low limit) and the settings for Limit and Restart. The vehicle with it will be a 9th gen NA Accord V6, but I know these settings are available for most platforms. It seems from what I'm seeing online that some are using the 2-step just to sound cool and...

Re: VTEC engagement window
See the help topic for this! http://ktuner.com/KTunerHelp/vtec_engagement_window.htm I tried searching this on multiple forums but have come up short. Does the bolt-on OTS tune (the only other preinstalled tune other than stock) adjust the VTEC engagement window at all? I know it's possible to do s...

Support for ECU 37820-5G0-A86
Hi, I noticed on ktuner.com that there is support for 37820-5G0-A81 through A85 (Accord V6 '13-'17). Admittedly, after failing to physically locate my ECU's serial number on my car, I called the dealership for the number by giving them my VIN. They gave an ECU serial of 37820-5G0-A86. The car is a 2...
