This is an RPM based table with a mBar value that depicts what manifold pressure to
switch from lower to upper VTEC engagement settings.
In this instance because they are set very high it will stay on the upper engagement all of the time. If these were set to 500 mBar then it would use the higher engagement below 500mBar (At lower load) and lower engagement above 500mBar (At higher load).
