Boost Target Ramp Rate options control the ramp rate aggressiveness in high throttle situations.
From the factory the boost target is dampened by throttle, so less throttle targets less boost pressure. There's also dampening on the overall turbo charger pressure target where if your target is 18 it will start at a lower level and ramp up to the target over time. On the factory settings with high levels of boost targeted it can take some time to reach your full boost target.
The Boost Target Ramp Rate adjustments allow two levels of improved ramp rate and two levels of aggressive ramp rate where higher levels of pressure can be achieved much sooner without using the Disable Boost Target Dampening option to fully remove all dampening.
